Just as students understand the importance of nutritious foods and regular exercise, it's crucial to emphasize the significance of adequate, restful sleep. This free program is tailored for students in grades 3-5.
Through three dynamic, standards-based activities, students will discover the multitude of benefits that proper sleep offers. From establishing healthy sleep habits to involving family members in the learning process, our activities are adaptable for both in-school and remote learning environments.
